The more I saw how experiencing myself in truthful expression liberated my spirit, the more I understood this to be the very purpose of the human experience.

That by leaning into truth both verbally and kinetically within a world where it is far more comfortable to hide, we are engaging in possibly the most meaningful form of spiritual practice.

And when we walk this plane in truth without apology, it is impossible for us not to be living the life we were born to live. I believed this experience should be available to everyone, not just actors, artists and performers and I wanted to find a way of utilizing the medicine that these tools had to offer that wasn’t based on becoming an amazing performer but purely for the gift of unlocking truth within the individual.

By combining these tools with bodywork and coaching practices, one can begin to experience how a life lived on purpose feels and gradually integrate that experience into day to day life.

I believe that many of the issues in our modern society stem from a deep wounding from a culture that has ultimately fostered a fearful relationship with the truth.

School Of Integrated Living is the fertile soil where the truth is no longer feared, the self is no longer loathed and participants can give themselves full permission to grow as the life giving expressions they were born to be.
